basah8 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and basah8 ("basah8", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered at basah8.net, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, instant games, promotional offers, and banking services.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the basah8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the basah8 platform and close your account.

basah8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. 1.1 Scope of Services

1.3 Amendments and Notification

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

If you allow or fail to prevent a minor from accessing the basah8 platform using your device, account credentials, or payment methods, you accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs as a result. basah8 strongly recommends that all players enable device-level parental controls and keep their account login details strictly private. 3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one and only one registered account on the basah8 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

If basah8 detects that a player has registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately. Any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. The player may also be permanently excluded from the platform at basah8's sole discretion. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or in succession.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Responsible Use

8.3 Prohibited Activities

8.5 Limitation of Liability

8.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
